Project Management
  • Prepare and review the work schedule to ensure the realistic timeline of work completion for budget & resource control.
  • Preparation of ‘Project Charter’ including costs, tasks, deliverables, and work schedules.
  • Monitoring work execution by each contracted vendor till completion, weekly contractor’s meeting to monitor progress and resolve issues faced if any.
  • Identification of potential problems in a timely manner and initiation of corrective measures during the project timeline as per the Engineering diagram.
